Headquartered in Dodoma. Registers value-chain actors (buyers, sellers, processors, exporters, transporters) and issues import/export permits for these crops, and periodically runs nationwide stock assessments tied to food-security planning that determine when and how many new export permits are issued — most recently a maize/rice assessment beginning May 2025.
